His project management and control support guides teams through troubleshooting, analyzing financials, performing quality control reviews, and more. As an example, when his client needed to gain control of critical assumptions, risks, change management, and deliverables for 123 separate projects, Kurt created a project delivery model that defined a clear roadmap for successful project completion.
Outside the office, Kurt is passionate about guiding our next generation of leaders through active involvement with Boy Scouts and local church involvement.
