Nancy brings more than 35 years of diverse engineering and environmental program and project experience in dozens of countries, particularly in the Asia Pacific region. Today, she leads our water and environmental services in Hawai’i.
Nancy’s expertise encompasses the full gamut of engineering projects/programs and environmental studies related to infrastructure and community development. This ranges from water, wastewater, transportation and utilities management to facilities management. She’s also worked in environmental management, doing everything from environmental and social safeguards to hazardous site investigations and remediation.
Whether it is technical challenges, business opportunities, development constraints, or regulatory requirements, Nancy leads teams that deliver effective projects with long-term sustainability and resilience. With a natural affinity for engagement with stakeholders from communities to senior officials, Nancy’s passion for contributing to her community drives her inclusive approach.
