Ian leads projects across the oil and gas sector. His expertise includes sediment assessment, landfill leachate monitoring, wastewater collection, soil and wastewater management, hazardous material evaluation, and feasibility studies to support mining site requirements.
A project manager with our Environmental Services group, Ian's responsibilities have included project scoping, budget control, site supervision, sample collection, data analysis, reporting, and client liaison. He has also contributed to peer reviews, historical data collection, site reconnaissance, and the identification of potential environmental concerns. He has successfully implemented soil and groundwater remediation using both conventional excavation and disposal methods, as well as in situ and ex situ treatment techniques.
Outside of work, Ian enjoys outdoor activities such as sailing, canoeing, kayaking, and hiking. You can often find him on the Bruce Trail after work walking his dog.
