Jeremy has over 25 years environmental sector experience, working both in consultancy and as a former regulator. He’s a technical director within our Environmental Services business unit, leading our land and property team in the North of England, working for both private and public sector clients.
He’s responsible for development of the regional property sector business and working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary colleagues across the real estate market. His work includes advising on land and property due diligence, assessing contaminated land liabilities, identifying successful exit strategies, and facilitating the sustainable regeneration of brownfield sites.
Jeremy is a chartered environmentalist and has a depth of technical understanding from working for global consultancies. He brings a pragmatic and commercial perspective to the projects he successfully delivers for clients, across numerous sectors.
Outside of work, he’s an enthusiastic amateur mountain biker, and he enjoys taking to the hills and trails in and around the Holme Valley. Jeremy has also recently taken up practising yoga and meditation.
