Since childhood, Camilo has been drawn to challenges, critical thinking, and the search for better solutions. This led him to a career in construction engineering where he’s dedicated himself to listening, understanding context, and providing experience-based solutions that challenge the status quo.
Today, Camilo has over 25 years of experience working in construction and mining. He finds that leading and working within multidisciplinary teams—and serving in areas like soil and concrete laboratories, engineering, and field supervision—has provided him with a comprehensive view of projects. This experience helps him understand each client's needs, anticipate challenges, and contribute solutions aligned with their objectives.
Leading our Construction Quality Assurance team in Chile, Camilo promotes teamwork as a fundamental pillar and establishing high standards of quality and technical excellence. He has extensive experience managing large-scale earthworks projects, as well as mining, road, and airport infrastructure. He’s also a specialist in quality control and assurance, soil mechanics laboratory testing, and concrete mix design.
Camilo’s family is his greatest passion. He also enjoys continuous learning and has a special interest in history—it allows him to better understand different cultures, events, and ways of thinking.
