As mobility innovation leader at Stantec, Kelley brings the benefits of Accessible, Automated, Connected, Electric and Shared mobility systems, or A2CES, to communities across North America and the globe.
In addition to working with our infrastructure and smart mobility teams, Kelley collaborates with experts from our urban places, buildings, and power groups. She engages with cities, campuses, transit agencies, and airports to solve complex transportation issues with smart mobility. Kelley also works with insurance companies, vehicle manufacturers, and researchers to make sure A2CES systems operate safely and are accessible to all. A two-time CEO for federal and regional transportation agencies, Kelley served on the 2008 Presidential Transition Team, and on National Academy of Science research panels on transportation and national security topics.
Known for her love of adventure, Kelley’s favorite memories include coaching her daughter in basketball, and writing “Too Tired to Tango—Travel with Kids in Buenos Aires” the piece that kicked off her travel writing “career.”
