Mary’s work involves looking closely at the key risks and constraints associated with sites and market conditions that will affect investment and delivery. She has a specific interest in Local Development Orders (LDOs) as a means of streamlining planning and speeding up delivery. She has led LDOs for a variety of schemes and input into government guidance on using them.
Additionally, Mary manages key party and community engagement efforts as an integral part of the planning process. She manages multidisciplinary teams, drawing together deliverable developments that meet the objectives of our clients.
