With a family history in heavy civil construction, Phillip is passionate about delivering groundbreaking designs. With over 35 years of experience in successfully managing and directing multidisciplinary teams, he leads our Mine Closure, Reclamation, and Asset Transformation group. His expertise lies in integrated mine closure planning, implementation, post-closure land use, monitoring, and maintenance for a variety of facilities.
Phillip frequently serves as a panelist and presenter on mine closure and adheres to a philosophy of safety through prevention in designs, design with closure in mind, hard work, integrity, honesty, and environmental stewardship. He has led mine closure projects across Africa, Australia, Europe, Indonesia, North and South America.
Outside of work, Phillip enjoys tackling the challenges of home improvement. As a dedicated fan of both the Broncos and the Rockies, he understands the value of teamwork and is enthusiastic about working with committed people to better serve our clients and communities.
