Always fascinated by buildings and the intersections of built and natural environments, Srećko understands the complexity of building systems beyond architectural esthetics. Working within our Sustainability team, he specializes in building performance services for projects.
Srećko collaborates with integrated design, engineering, and construction teams to provide building performance modeling—vital for enhancing building sustainability, increasing system efficiency, lowering negative environmental impacts, meeting energy code requirements, and supporting sustainability certifications. His expertise includes LEED facilitation, operational and embodied carbon studies, renewable energy studies, and life cycle cost analysis. A LEED AP® BD+C and PHI Certified Passive House Consultant (CPHC) credentials holder, he’s active in our Developing Professionals Group and is the leader of his local Green Team.
