Sarah has more than 25 years of experience as an environmental engineer with a focus on the design and construction of water and wastewater projects and coastal resiliency. She has developed strong expertise in project delivery, operational excellence, client relationships, and organizational leadership. Her experience across regions and business lines gives her a broad perspective on driving performance while supporting clients and colleagues.
As the operations leader for our Buildings group, Sarah partners with business leaders to advance growth, strengthen performance, and enhance our culture and practice. With a collaborative, team-first approach, she connects strategy to execution and helps position our firm for long-term success. She is also passionate about mentoring emerging professionals and creating opportunities for them to contribute meaningfully to projects and business development.
Away from work, Sarah volunteers with the non-profit Center for Family Justice, which advocates for victims of domestic violence. She is active in her town government, school associations, and broader community. Her brightest lights are her three boys, and she and her husband spend countless hours at sporting events, Scouts activities, and school functions.
