Terry leverages her experience in interior design, design technology, and data visualization to manage the development of innovative solutions to benefit the Buildings group. Her goal is to find ways to help our practitioners exceed client expectations by identifying and developing new tools and workflows so we can work more collaboratively, creatively, and efficiently.
To be successful, Terry finds it’s crucial to have a deep understanding about how our designers work. She strives to learn as much as she can about the operations within our various offices and sectors, identifies needs and best practices, develops solutions, and then shares this information with our Digital Practice team and the larger Stantec community to support continuous improvement.
If she isn’t working, you’re likely to find Terry on a mountain—either biking or skiing. When she’s not busy chasing her two young kids around, she’s also a voracious reader.
