Since the start of his career, Justin was immediately drawn to structural inspections. Today, he uses his certification as a rope access technician and his extensive experience in specialty condition assessments to provide clients with a comprehensive assessment of their infrastructure.
Managing the Winnipeg and Thunder Bay transportation group, Justin’s philosophy on project delivery is that it’s essential to not just identify project related issues or infrastructure deficiencies, but rather to deliver practical solutions for his clients. A job well-done, in Justin’s mind, is when the client has a workable and practical solution that they can implement.
Justin is also an instructor for a two-week bridge inspection course that he has delivered to public agencies across Canada, which nicely matches his love of travel and exploring Canada.
