A natural communicator, Marelle is focused on managing sustainability ratings, certifications, and criteria on a wide variety of buildings projects. From LEED to WELL to Parksmart, she has experience working on a multitude of holistic third-party certifications.
In her position, Marelle delivers general sustainability consulting that is separate to design and wellness ratings, doing things like developing sustainability gap analyses or sustainability guidelines. She also works with large project teams and many different client types to help any project or organization set and achieve tailored sustainability goals. Marelle loves organization and improving processes, so you’ll often catch her finding creative ways to make processes simpler and more intuitive.
Given her love of sustainability, it’ll come as no surprise that Marelle’s personal passions align well with her professional title: can often be found outdoors, supporting native ecosystems, and giving back to the land. Her garden at home has a focus on wildflowers and native pollinator plants, and she enjoys composting and promoting zero waste and low-environmental impact habits and products.
