Gene Davis

As a civil engineer and freight rail lead for Stantec, Gene goes wherever the rails take him. And they’ve taken him all over the United States, from the east coast where he has worked on track, structure, and construction projects as part of the Norfolk Southern Engineering Department, to the west coast where he is currently leading bridge inspection services for Coos Bay Rail. When you talk to Gene, it becomes quickly evident that he’s a “rail dude” with a passion for railroads. He understands how they operate and what it takes to keep their facilities and track systems online and maintained. He also knows that rail safety is a top priority for clients—and for Stantec teams as well.
