Ray brings nearly two decades of technical knowledge and experience in local project management to his leadership role in our Albuquerque office. His technical background in water and wastewater treatment and conveyance allows him to contribute directly to design while overseeing project planning, financial tracking, and client communications.
As a project manager, Ray’s work includes sanitary sewer collection systems, lift stations, wastewater treatment facilities, booster pump stations, waterline distributions, reuse systems, and pipeline rehabilitation. He leads multidisciplinary teams, develops design criteria, evaluates site characteristics, and identifies value engineering opportunities.
Passionate about improving infrastructure and protecting the environment, Ray enjoys working with communities to develop sustainable solutions that enhance quality of life.
