Luca applies his 30 years of experience in highway and railroad construction projects to his work with the Transportation group at our downtown Chicago location. His responsibilities have included project management, resident engineering, and construction layout and verification. He’s also worked on documentation and construction inspection of bridge substructure and superstructure, hot mix asphalt (HMA) and Portland cement concrete (PCC) pavements, retaining walls, pump stations, storm sewers, lighting, earth excavation and embankment, signing, traffic control, and landscaping.
As a project manager and resident engineer, Luca has contributed to many large-scale construction projects, taking a hands-on approach to serving our clients and their needs. He works with our clients as part of their staff and enjoys how each day in the field brings new challenges and problems to solve.
Luca enjoys spending as much of his free time as he can on the golf course with his family and friends.
