Roger has over 13 years of experience specializing in a wide variety of water resource projects relating to hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, floodplain mapping, levee accreditation, dam failure analysis, water supply reallocation, streamflow analysis, dam repair/modification design, levee inspections, and water/wastewater improvements. He is a member of the Association of State Floodplain Managers (ASFPM) and the Association of State Dam Safety Officials (ASDSO).
