Lesley currently leads our water sector’s commercial management activities for the region and is the operations manager for Stantec’s business in Qatar. Throughout her career, she’s specialized in the water and wastewater sectors and has held leadership roles across the Middle East region.
Lesley’s strengths are in operations management, client service management, and business development. She served as a project director for Qatar’s Local Roads and Drainage Programme, and in her earlier career, Lesley designed many of Qatar and Bahrain’s original sewerage systems—thereby delivering on her commitment to enhance the basic living conditions of citizens and residents. Lesley is a Fellow of both the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) and the Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management (CIWEM) and as a trained coach. She maintains a keen interest in graduate development and in the promotion of diversity within the engineering industry.
When not working, Lesley enjoys spending time with family, walking her dogs, and travelling.
