Taking every opportunity to get out on the beautiful Yukon rivers, Scott loves to spend a day outside collecting data and understanding different rivers in remote locations. He applies his expertise to water resources engineering and surface water hydrology projects across northern Canada, grounded in the belief that quality analysis starts with quality field data.
Scott lends his technical expertise to mining projects, hydropower studies, flood mapping studies, and fish habitat improvement projects. His hydrology experience includes establishing and maintaining hydrometric networks, stream gauging in remote watersheds, and flooding analysis. He brings practical knowledge to collecting, analyzing, and making sense of surface water-related data to make informed engineering decisions. Additionally, he has extensive experience leading multidisciplinary field crews at locations throughout the Yukon and Nunavut.
With a passion for the outdoors that flows into his spare time, Scott enjoys camping, hockey, cross-country skiing, and most other activities that allow him to spend time in nature.
