Chris brings more than two decades of expertise as a civil engineer, holding licenses in multiple states and serving on our ecosystem restoration team. He specializes in designing projects that restore ecosystems, with experience spanning erosion control, stormwater management, recreation amenities, and stream rehabilitation.
He has contributed to many river restoration and recreation initiatives, particularly focusing on fish passage solutions for clients such as public utilities, Native American Tribes, and various federal agencies. Notably, Chris led and managed our previous contract with the Bureau of Reclamation’s Anadromous Fish Habitat Improvement Program, dedicated to safeguarding the migratory pathways of fish traveling from the ocean upriver to spawn.
Outside of his professional work, Chris stays active with his child by skiing, coaching baseball, watching flag football, and floating down the Boise River. He also enjoys hiking, camping, golfing, and tending to yard work whenever he can spend time outdoors.
