As a senior principal planner, Janan works with detail and the big picture. He delivers planning expertise to guide project teams and help our clients secure pragmatic consents and approvals for complex transport and three waters infrastructure projects. As Group Leader, Planning, he supports our team of talented planners throughout New Zealand. With market-leading expertise, they deliver top-level services across the full spectrum of land development and infrastructure planning.
Being Group Leader means Janan also implements strategy, recruits and supports talented staff to grow their careers, and coordinates business development. He balances workloads, resources, proposals, and client relationships while encouraging a fun, supportive, and productive team culture.
It’s a busy role, but the variety of each day is what keeps Janan excited. He’s satisfied by helping clients achieve their goals and teams reach their full potential.
Janan enjoys the outdoors, so most weekends you’ll find him skiing, mountain biking, tramping, or camping with family and friends.
