With more than 20 years of experience, Korkud has worked on various water and wastewater projects in the United States, Europe, and Middle East. He’s a registered professional engineer with expertise in master planning, piloting, designing, and building municipal and industrial drinking water, water reuse, wastewater treatment facilities, and delivering infrastructure work.
Driven by a goal to positively impact the environment and the communities we live in, Korkud specializes in membrane treatment processes—specifically in microfiltration/ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis. He’s a co-author of a patent for a unique membrane cleaning regime and an author of numerous publications in the water industry and regularly presents on various water and wastewater issues and technologies at regional, national, and international conferences.
In his free time, Korkud likes to explore new cultures, places, food, and languages.
