Heidi’s passion for engineering and field work started with her first job-shadowing adventure. Initially focusing on construction work, drawn to the hand-on problem solving, Heidi now leads multidisciplinary teams on all sizes of projects across Alberta. Experienced in road projects, she enjoys their freedom and diverse opportunities for problem solving.
Heidi strives to build open communication and personal relationships with her clients. Often working with government entities, she’s adaptable to growing project needs, listening to find core project objectives for the benefit of the community. Through her field experience, Heidi is able to plan ahead and anticipate potential problems in constructability. She enjoys the challenge of finding a solution in a crunch using strategies gained from her mentors.
In her spare time, Heidi is likely either exploring the mountains with her family and puppy or trying out an exciting new recipe she found while traveling.
