Tracy has spent more than three decades working with education clients to translate their ideas into spatial solutions that address their needs and challenges, balancing operational efficiency and educational appropriateness. As a senior design principal, he provides programming, planning, and design services for our higher education and K-12 clients across Texas.
As our design leader for Texas and design champion for the education sector, Tracy believes in the power of design to make a difference. He is passionate about designing innovative learning environments that encourage positive change in education--buildings that are contextual to their setting, embrace the values of their community, and unlock human potential.
