For over a decade, Star has been a member of our Right-of-way team, focusing on Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) and local public sponsor (LPS) projects. Her right-of-way experience includes project management, negotiations, relocations, settlement, title, and property management. She is also the current president of the Pennsylvania Chapter of the International Right of Way Association (IRWA Chapter 9).
Star has enjoyed working on the Ridge Pike Improvement Project with the Montgomery County Transportation Authority. This five-mile (eight-kilometre) stretch of roadway between Norristown and Philadelphia includes over 200 right-of-way acquisitions.
Outside of work, Star loves the sunshine and sandy beaches, always looking forward to annual getaways with family and friends.
