A seasoned rock mechanics and geotechnical engineer, Nooshin’s experience has taken her across the world with work in North and Central America, the Middle East, Central and West Asia, and Africa. In every project role, her commitment to excellence delivers project outcomes of exceptional quality and execution. She has a strong interest in how new and innovative technologies can continue to advance the field. She also provides strategic leadership to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth.
Nooshin is experienced with large diameter tunnel projects and alternative project delivery. She’s played a pivotal role in various phases of engineering and construction for hydroelectric and tailings dams as well as transportation infrastructure projects. She specializes in leading feasibility studies, preliminary design, detailed engineering, geotechnical and geological investigations, instrumentation, foundation rehabilitation, and construction supervision. Taking her leadership beyond projects, she enjoys being a mentor for other women in the field, often providing technical support and guidance to help them advance their careers in tunneling.
Away from professional commitments, Nooshin loves spending time with her family, traveling, and meeting new people from different cultures.
