With a background in civil engineering, Steve is passionate about collaborating with clients, team members, and stakeholders alike. He relies on his solid listening and speaking skills to identify problems, develop solutions, and implement resolutions.
Having spent most of his career in construction, Steve is inspired by witnessing projects built in the field that bring plans to life, such as the mega I-69 Design-Build Section 1 in Henderson, Kentucky. As well, the Bridging Kentucky Program that provided access in rural areas with low average daily traffic bridges in need of repair, many with only one-way in and out, was particularly rewarding to Steve. This project ensured communities could quickly regain access following the 2022 eastern Kentucky flood and proved to be an example of why Steve loves being an engineer.
Like all good Kentuckians, Steve enjoys University of Kentucky football games as well as being outside, interacting with people, and golfing.
