Carole Farr
Senior Principal, Technical Discipline Leader, Site Investigation & Remediation (US)
For more than two decades, Carole has provided environmental consulting, project management, investigations, assessments, monitoring, and sampling services. Acting as a liaison between clients and regulatory agencies, she develops strategies to solve problems for contaminated sites. Clients appreciate that she makes their jobs easier.
Carole currently serves as an account manager for a large petroleum client. She oversees a portfolio of 25 to 30 projects and their accompanying project managers, while also serving as a quality assurance manager for several projects. In her role providing safety training for Environmental Services, she mentors junior staff on projects and instills this specific message: spending time upfront to fully understand the issues and expectations results in less time later fixing the end product.
Outside of work, Carole is an avid tennis player and participates in team tennis and tournaments. She serves on two tennis organization boards in her community.
