With 15 years’ experience, Nick has built a strong network within the industry, which helps him to successfully source opportunities for the Buildings group in various sectors including industrial, commercial, and multifamily.
Known for always taking a proactive approach, Nick enjoys bringing the talents of his team together to anticipate the client’s needs. He loves being part of a team and seeing what a group can accomplish with a common goal. He values learning and calls himself a “perpetual student.” Keeping up with business trends, course offerings, and the latest tools and resources, Nick believes people should be curious and always look for learning opportunities.
Away from work, Nick likes to play soccer and basketball with his kids, as well as practice guitar and piano—unless his three kids tell him to stop because they can’t hear the TV.
