Chadi is a project manager, a passionate architect, and a charismatic leader. He has more than 18 years of achievements in managing, designing, and delivering winning projects in the mixed-use, master planning, residential, education, hospitality, and healthcare sectors. He combines his wide experience at all project stages with an understanding of project demands and a good knowledge of standards (IBC, RIBA, AIA, CSI, LEED, and PMI).
With his expertise in program leadership for multi-discipline developers, Chadi has been called on to manage several landmark projects throughout his career. Recently, he has been working with The Red Sea Development Company on their hospitality projects.
Chadi believes that the best designs are those that serve people—both the community and future generations. If he isn’t at work, you might find him sketching his future projects or spending time with his family.
