Navid is a registered architect with 15 years of experience designing industrial, commercial, and retail projects, including self-storage, cold storage, and food processing buildings across Canada. As a senior project principal and business developer, Navid is responsible for strategically growing Stantec’s industrial buildings portfolio locally within British Columbia and throughout North America.
Well versed in the development process, Navid has worked with stakeholders to procure, develop, and build real estate portfolios. He’s also an excellent leader who applies critical thinking techniques to develop practical solutions to project issues. Over his career, Navid has led the design and development of millions of square feet of industrial, commercial, and retail space and is an advocate for industrial land preservation.
