Ujwala is a landscape, urban design, and master planning leader. She has more than two decades of experience delivering complex, multidisciplinary projects across a wide range of sectors, including healthcare, education, and residential development. Her expertise spans landscape architecture, urban design, placemaking, and regeneration, with a particular focus on climate adaptation, green-blue infrastructure, active travel, and public realm.
As a chartered landscape architect and fellow of the Landscape Institute, Ujwala is a passionate advocate for landscape architecture. She has played a leading role in nationally recognized projects, including Green Blue network and climate adaption projects, as well as street and sustainable urban drainage design guidance. Several projects in the UK under her leadership have received prestigious industry recognition, including awards and short listings from the Landscape Institute, Royal Town Planning Institute, Scottish Design Awards, and The Pineapples.
When she’s not working, Ujwala enjoys spending time with her family, listening to music, and reading. Her professional background has fostered a love of travel and discovering different places, cultures, and communities.
