Victoria has extensive experience working on projects involving water resources, climate change adaptation, and coastal infrastructure. A results-oriented leader, she focuses on driving improvement, fostering innovation, and achieving strategic objectives in project delivery for water projects across North America.
From climate change risk assessments to the design of stormwater management infrastructure to coastal protection projects, Victoria is dedicated to implementing natural and nature-based features. She has led complex stormwater and coastal projects in for both government and private clients. These include flood risk assessment, stormwater management plans, and bridge hydraulic assessments.
Having mentored and led a number of multidisciplinary teams, Victoria creates that align projects with organizational goals and delivers innovative designs, while navigating regulatory landscapes. She continues her work as a leader away from the office as the chair of the Women in Engineering Committee of Engineers Nova Scotia and co-chair of the National Canadian Water Resources Association.
