His experience spans strategic planning, regulatory and policy advisory services, distributed energy resources, electrification, capital investment planning, and enterprise change management. He has led programs that help organizations improve resilience, optimize investment decisions, modernize operations, and adapt to evolving market and regulatory environments.
Mike holds a Master of Management in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Queen’s University and is a Prosci-certified Change Practitioner.
