Peter has been providing environmental consulting services, including extensive experience supporting environmental due diligence services associated with real estate transactions, for over 25 years. A natural collaborator, he sees his role as a team member alongside buyers, lenders, and environmental attorneys, all working to resolve any issues. Peter’s clients benefit from his strong working knowledge of environmental regulations used to evaluate the significance of recognized environmental conditions.
He applies his wide range of experience equally no matter the project’s scale. He has worked on large projects like the Streets of Buckhead redevelopment and the Intrada Westside Development in Atlanta, to small projects like the Langdale Ford dealership in Valdosta, and the former New Way Cleaners redevelopment in Athens.
Away from work, Peter enjoys coaching and watching his daughters play lacrosse, taking his dog to the river, and getting his jeep dirty.
