“This project needs the Dave Flynn touch”. A client was the one to say it, but it perfectly sums up Dave’s commitment to quality control, regulatory understanding, and client advocacy. A senior environmental engineer in the remediation field, his experience includes Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, remedial options evaluation, program design, and implementation, contaminant hydrogeology, and risk management plans.
Enjoying new work in brownfields, Dave has also covered the real estate, industrial, oil and gas, insurance and government sectors. He has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice as an expert witness, and as one of Stantec’s Canadian quality management leads for environmental services, interacts with staff across the country, setting out technical guidelines. His biggest reminder to staff—communicate clearly.
