With more than 20 years at Stantec, Ralph brings deep operational experience and a practical understanding of what it takes to grow a strong consulting business. His background in operations management and business development keeps him closely connected to major pursuits, key accounts, and strategic opportunities across the region. Ralph believes great consulting businesses need two main ingredients: talented people and happy clients.
Away from work, he enjoys cycling, and making more time for travel now that his children have left home.
