In a career spanning nearly 50 years, Steve’s been involved in tunnel and trenchless projects representing approximately 200 miles (320 kilometres) of underground construction. From planning through the end of construction, he’s served evolving community needs for water, wastewater, and transportation infrastructure.
Steve specializes in conducting high-level technical reviews and providing oversight for subsurface characterization and design development. This includes developing specifications, drawings, and contract documents to promote coordination between contract parts and reduce the inherent risk in underground construction for our clients and their communities. He also provides guidance during project construction that includes resolution of disputes and claims.
When he isn’t helping clients achieve their goals, Steve enjoys spending time with his wife, family, and friends, relaxing, and reading.
