With over 30 years of clinical nursing and leadership experience, Regina is passionate about bringing superior healing environments to life. Focused on healthcare operations and the construction of healthcare facilities, her background provides unique insight that allows her to serve as a conduit between project owners and construction professionals.
Regina’s position is twofold—she collaborates directly with clients and as well as with internal colleagues from our Architectural and Buildings teams. Working with clients, she serves as the healthcare subject matter expert to move them through operationalizing new facilities so they will be ready to practice safely in on opening day. Working internally, Regina also serves as a healthcare resource, making sure her team understands the needs of the client as they move through the design and construction process.
When she’s not bringing complex healthcare facilities to life, you’ll find Regina traveling the globe or behind a wheel throwing pottery.
