He’s a strong advocate for purpose‑led leadership and focused on aligning people, capabilities, and digital enablement to support resilient, sustainable infrastructure.
Paul is the director of Digital and Innovation for our UK and Ireland Water group. He sets the strategic direction for how technology, data, and innovation are embedded across the organization to drive delivery excellence and client value. He is also a member of our Water Executive Leadership Team where he plays a key role in shaping our long‑term vision, enabling teams to deliver complex programs with greater pace, confidence and consistency.
