He is a solution-driven operations leader focused on mentoring staff in complex project environments.
With prior experience heading project controls for various international design and construction firms, Guillermo has worked in Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Venezuela, Mexico, and more. His strong leadership skills stem from the ability to be flexible and adapt to the sector-specific nuances associated with each office. Guillermo understands the importance of planning ahead and proactively switching gears to adjust to changing economic and social climates.
At home, Guillermo enjoys spending time with his family, reading business novels, and playing soccer. He has been playing soccer since he was six years old and enjoys participating in intermural leagues in his free time.
