A love of mathematics and physics—and passion for functional, aesthetically pleasing buildings—led Pablo to a career in structural engineering. The Strata Wynwood, a beautiful mixed-use building in Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood, embodies those elements, and it’s a project he’s particularly proud of. Pablo also considers it one of his most challenging designs because the building’s massive footprint and proximity to overhead lines required a lot of phasing in the construction.
Pablo’s experience includes the design and inspection of facilities ranging from sports facilities (like the MLB stadium for the Miami Marlins, another career highlight) to residential and office buildings, aviation facilities, and parking garages. By his clients and co-workers alike, he’s known as thorough, detail-oriented, and easygoing, with a knack for finding the right resources to finish projects.
Outside of work, Pablo loves to watch films and spend time with his family, especially traveling and exploring new places.
