Jay’s experience spans more than 30 years of winning and delivering projects and programs in the environmental, major capital improvements, civil works, military construction, and oil and gas market sectors in the United States, Asia Pacific, and Middle East.
Based in our Honolulu office, Jay provides regional leadership and support for our federal strategic growth strategy, while strengthening Stantec’s relationships with key clients across the Department of Defense, transportation, and ports and maritime sectors. He currently serves as senior principal leading and supporting our Federal Program across the Pacific and west coast region, helping drive major federal opportunities and programs across all business operating units.
When he’s not working, Jay is in the ocean or grilling teri chicken with family and friends on the lanai.
