Nick’s clients don’t just bring projects to him—they bring their vision. With 30 years’ experience in residential and industrial/commercial subdivisional developments, Nick carefully balances vision with the practicalities of development and construction as part of building enduring, effective relationships. Nick’s area of engineering expertise is in the assessment and planning of new developments.
His ability to appreciate the project vision and accurately assess the infrastructure requirements, coupled with a strong understanding of other disciplines, ensures that infrastructure is integrated efficiently and economically within developments. Ranging from small boutique developments, to large scale, new master planned communities, he is especially proud of his contributions to the award-winning Tullamore Estate, Homestead Secondary College, Wynbrook Estate, and the CLARA strategic business case.
In his spare time, Nick enjoys exercising and keeping fit with jogging, yoga, surfing, and windsurfing on the Victorian coast.
