Simone is an urban designer and master planner with more than 10 years of experience working across the United Kingdom and internationally. His work ranges from the creation of new communities to urban regeneration, through every stage of the project from inception to delivery and construction.
Simone’s care for the specificity of each site enables the creation of places that proudly embrace their local character and uniqueness, while also translating placemaking aspirations into solutions that are commercially viable and technically deliverable. His project experience includes Linmere, a new sustainable community of more than 5,000 homes in Central Bedfordshire, and Barking Riverside, one of Europe’s largest urban regeneration projects along the river Thames in London.
Outside of work, Simone can be found lecturing part time at the University of Westminster for their Urban Design MA program or rambling along the England Coast Path in the rain.
