Believing that right‑of‑way is about trust, communication, and empathy, Keith is passionate about helping property owners understand their rights while supporting client needs. Over the course of his nearly 20 years in the industry, his work has ranged from designing roads to acquiring the land necessary to build them. He’s currently managing our land acquisition and relocation efforts on two bus rapid transit projects in Alexandria, Viriginia, and Rockville, Maryland.
Keith specializes in managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with engineering, legal, and public agency entities to keep projects on schedule and compliant with federal and state requirements, including the Uniform Act. He has supported public agencies and consulting teams across all phases of right-of-way, from early project planning and coordination through acquisition, relocation, construction support, and closeout.
Away from right-of-way projects, you’ll often find Keith coaching baseball, golfing, or relaxing with his family at their lake house.
