Justin has over 15 years of experience with local government finance, policy, and administration for both the public and private sectors. He is a Certified Public Manager (CPM), Six Sigma Green Belt, and Certified Government Finance Officer (CGFO).
As a senior project manager with our Tampa Water group, Justin leverages his municipal experience to lead a variety of management technology consulting specialties. These specialties include utility acquisitions, solid waste program audits and rate designs, special assessments, and stormwater and public works related projects. He is an active member with the Florida City and County Management Association (FCCMA), American Water Works Association (AWWA), International City/County Management Association (ICCMA), and Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA).
Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending time with family and friends, and supporting his two daughters in swimming, dance, and ballet. He also enjoys working on home improvement projects and staying physically active.
