Bringing practical field insight and a collaborative approach to every project, Xavier is an industrial mechanical engineer with experience in petrochemical and refractory facilities. He began his career in Quebec and Alberta, focusing on piping system stress analysis and working closely with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex mechanical challenges.
Over time, Xavier’s work expanded into project management and refractory system design. He helped develop a preheating furnace and led a major upgrade of an anode baking furnace—projects that strengthened his understanding of system behavior, material performance, and constructability. He supports teams in delivering safe, efficient, and reliable industrial facilities, always aiming for solutions that strengthen client relationships and benefit the communities these facilities serve.
Away from work, Xavier enjoys spending time outdoors and staying active through mountain biking, snowboarding, running, and functional training.
