Ted offers more than 27 years of civil engineering experience, executing community development projects for a variety of land uses and geographies. He brings thoughtful solutions and is engaged through all stages of the project life cycle, from due diligence and entitlements through construction drawings, construction support, and close out.
With experience and passion to deliver transformational projects, Ted is able to understand stakeholder goals to develop creative infrastructure solutions to fit project needs. He mentors and manages design staff to complete high quality entitlement documents, construction documents, and specifications in a timely and cost-effective manner. Ted’s project portfolio includes high-density multifamily residential communities, residential master planned communities, parks, water quality basins, and commercial centers with sites located in urban infill areas, greenfield sites, and in both hillside and flat land terrain.
