Growing up in New York City exposed Steve to a wide array of architecture and construction, and he went on to choose a path in construction early on in his career before moving into the architecture and engineering side of the industry. A results-driven construction management professional, Steve has over 40 years of experience coordinating and implementing successful construction programs.
One of his most rewarding projects was 87 Park in Miami Beach. The 18-story luxury condominium was extremely challenging due to the level of detail that embodied the vision of the sea interfacing with the adjacent park. In his role as construction administrator, Steve worked to balance the design vison, maintaining the fiscal constraints of the developer while keeping construction activities on track
When he isn’t busy leading his current construction project, Steve and his wife can be found spoiling their pride of cats or engaging with nonprofits to raise awareness and address the medical needs for cats locally, and beyond.
